Session Schedule
9:30 pm in English
10:00 PM and 11:30 PM in Portuguese
May 12 - Full Moon
May 27 - New Moon Day
Mars remains visible during both sessions, although at a reduced size.
On May 23rd and 24th, like April, May is a good month to observe galaxies in the sky. On these days, we'll hold special sessions to observe these distant objects.
At the end of the month, the Milky Way will begin to appear in the sky during the second session of the night, although with reduced brightness given its proximity to the horizon.
Given the appearance of the Milky Way, some objects close to this region begin to be visible, such as the Ring Nebula and the Great Hercules Cluster.
